Abstract

The purpose of this study are : (1) To analyze the effect of the significance of Compensation for Motivation lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (2) To analyze the effect of the significance of Compensation for Performance lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (3) To analyze the effect of the significance of Competence on Motivation lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (4) to analyze the effect of the significance of competence on the performance of a lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (5) to analyze the effect of the significance of motivation on the performance of a lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (6) to analyze the effect of the significance of Compensation and Competence to performance with variable between motivation at Politeknik Negeri Malang. In this study, the design used is the analysis of the design Explanantif Path (Path Analysis) to measure the relationship between variables research or to analyze how the influence of a variable to another variable. Data collection techniques in this study using a survey method, with tools enclosed questionnaire, in which respondents choose one of the answers that have been provided with alternative answers consisted of the interval is 1 - 5. The object of the study was 42 faculty of electrical engineering courses Politeknik Negeri Malang. This study found evidence that: (1) Compensation positive effect but not significant to the motivation of lecturers polytechnic poor, (2) Competence positive and significant effect on the motivation of lecturers polytechnic unfortunate, (3) Compensation positive effect but not significant to the performance professor polytechnic land poor, (4) competence positive effect but not significant to the performance professor polytechnic unfortunate, (5) Motivation positive influence and significant impact on the performance of lecturers polytechnic unfortunate, (6) There is a positive effect and significant compensation, competencies through motivation on the performance of lecturers polytechnic unfortunate. Keywords: Compensation, Competency, Motivation and Performance Lecturer

Abstract

In FM radio receivers many frequency instabilities are found in the form of interference from other transmitter radio frequencies. This requires a frequency locking system that can lock the frequency of the relationship between the reference frequency and the frequency wave generated by VCO. The locking system is the Phase Locked Loop system. The Phase Locked loop system requires a divider frequency circuit that uses IC TC9122, input the IC frequency divider will experience a division process that is controlled by a DIP Switch that has been calculated based on the desired frequency to be locked. With this background, it is necessary to create Frequency Dividers for Phase Locked Loops Based on IC TC9122 ", because they see how important PLL is in the radio reception system as a frequency stabilizer. The results of this tool get stability, if the DIP Switch value is calculated based on multiplication of 8 stable prescaler frequencies. To obtain the output frequency stability, the calculation refers to the output of the prescaler 8 divider.

Human Resource Management (HRM) system at PT. RetGoo Sentris Informa is currently still not using a special application that is well structured. So it is necessary to design a new Human Resource Management (HRM) business process system with the aim to improve employee performance in the Human Resource Director (HRD) division in terms of time and efficiency. The design stages used include designing business process diagrams, variables, and interface design. So as to facilitate the design of HRM business processes. Abstract

Population is a group of people that live in a particular area. The population data set required by the government to determine policies related to public services, development plans, budget allocations, democratic development and law enforcement. Therefore, the existence of every inhabitant should be noted and properly managed. Currently, the data management mechanism of the population involves many parties and is done gradually, starting from Rukun Tetangga (RT), Rukun Warga (RW), village and subdistrict office. some of the problems experienced by the village government are: residents are not aware of the terms of submission of public services, RT/RW is difficult to find or can only be encountered at certain times, the population took a long time to get a letter from the village government and village officials take a long time to report the status of the population. To overcome these problems, an integrated information system is needed. Abstract

The purposes of this study are to analyze: (1) the effect of study habits to reading motivation of students, (2) the effect of the availability oftextbooks on reading motivation of students, (3) the influence of campusenvironment against reading motivation of students, (4)the effect of learning methods to motivate students to read, (5) the effects of habit of learning on student interest in reading, (6) the effect of the availability of textbooks on reading interest of students, (7) the influence of campus environment against reading interest of students, (8) the effect of teaching methods to the reading interests of students, (9) the influence of motivation to read to reading interest of students, (10) the factors that influence the views from the learning habits of students, availability of textbooks, campus environment and learning methods to interest in reading with variable between motivation, in Politeknik Negeri Malang (Polinema).Sampel used in this research consisted of 137 respondents are students majoring in electrical engineering semesters IV, primary data collected through questionnaires.Technique data analysis using path analysis.This study found evidence that: (1) Study Habits positive influence and significant impact on motivation. (2) Availability of textbooks have a positive influence and significant impact on motivation. (3) environmental campus positive effect significantly to the motivation. (4) learning method influential no significant effect on motivation. (5) Study Habits direct and indirect positive effect and significant interest in reading. (6) Availability of books Lessons are directly and indirectly affect positively but not significant interest in reading (7) Environment campus in direct and indirect positive effect and significant to the interest in reading (8) method of learning directly and not trim a positive effect and significant interest in reading. (9) Motivation positive effect and significant interest in reading. Abstract

An Investment Information Systems Information Technology (IT / SI) generally require a feasibility study as well as the calculation of benefits and advantages before the investment. Several approaches are used to calculate the benefits and advantages of IT investment / SI, one of which is the Information Economics (IE) Approaches Information Economics is used in the analysis of an IT investment / SI and the development of Traditional Cost and Benefit Analysis (TCBA) involving factors economically justified business and technology in the form of financial, benefits, and risks of IT / SI them. Excellence IE method lies in its ability to take into account the benefits that half of tangible and intangible that is often overlooked by the management. The results of the feasibility study on patient and service system information at  Mojoagung Eye Clinic the investment worth to implementation because  give benefit such as ROI of 22.50%, and the payback period between 4 and 5 years after investment. Keywords: Information Systems, feasibility study, Information Economics

Abstract

Neuroblastoma is a type of embryonal cancer of the nervous system that is mostly found in children. Most etiologies of neuroblastoma are unknown, so many patients undergo treatment at an advanced stage. The importance of detection as early as possible is very necessary in neuroblastoma cancer so that children diagnosed with neuroblastoma can get a good prognosis. Through this study, it is expected to be able to know the feasibility of research with regard to artificial neural network procedures and the proposed PCA method. In this case the desired model is a set of training faces that will be formed through a linear combination in the training Propagation phase using backpropagation artificial neural network algorithms. Abstract

The  impact of the development of information technology and computerization is to make easier for writers to compose a paper of scientific writing. This has an impact on the possibility of increased plagiarism. Such actions may harm the original author and plagiarist. The manual plagiarism detection process is difficult because of the large number of manuscripts, so needed the system to detect plagiarism. To build a system that can detect plagiarism, certain algorithms are needed to measure the value of similarities between the documents compared. One of the algorithms used to detect similarities is Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis (PLSA).
